I AM ON A JOURNEY

To help as many people as possible experience sustained freedom of movement with confidence and ease.

THE ROAD CAN BE LONELY

The road to pain-free movement can feel lonely. You've probably researched so many things that you find yourself in information overload. You want to feel truly free to do the things you love the most. Whether it’s training for an upcoming race or just being able to run around and keep up with your grandkids, our job is to make sure that you enjoy the journey to a life free of limitations. We speak with so many people that have worked with other physical therapists, or practitioners, and they find themselves frustrated that the pain is still there and they are not fully healed.

This is where we are different.

We believe that to truly treat and fully heal the body you must take a deeper look at how everything works together: especially how your nerves control muscles, and your mindset around healing. If you’re an athlete, it’s easy to fall into the training mentality and forget the reason you started in the first place- passion. If you simply crave being able to move without pain or limitation, you often find yourself subconsciously thinking, “I’m just aging, and this is what happens”.

Let me walk with you and guide you on your journey.

MEET DR. LARA JOHNSON

400_Lara Johnson-165_done.jpg

Long-term health and preventive medicine has been my passion from an early age. Concepts like posture, flexibility, strength, and power have double meanings when it comes to our physical bodies and our personal lives, and the two go hand-in-hand and cannot be separated. I love helping other people find the same realizations and discoveries that I have. So they can walk the path of transformation and live to their full potential, both inside and out!

“When my doctor told me he wanted me to try physical therapy yet again I was dismayed. I have had rheumatoid arthritis for more than 30 years and now also have cervical degenerative disc disease, and have gone through physical therapy multiple times over the years, with little effect. However, my experience with Lara has completely changed my mind: her techniques have greatly minimized my pain and increased my function. I feel hopeful and encouraged in a way that I have not felt for a very long time, and I am back to hiking and living the life I want to live.”

IS BACK PAIN A CULPRIT?

In this special ebook, I give you the secrets to healing your back pain.

IF YOU KEEP MOVING WITH PAIN, WHAT IS IT GOING TO COST YOU?

You don't have to keep trying to figure this out on your own. Let's set up a phone call and discuss your goals and we can show you exactly how we can help you.

"Along the way, Lara has gone on a journey with me through many different muscle/nerve pains: hip pain, back pain, neck pain, residual pain from surgery/broken bones, compensatory pain from dental work, and a sprained ankle. Through it all, she has treated each issue from a systematic approach and worked to make my entire muscular/nervous system function such that my system gets healthy and stronger.  Lara's approach gave me the results I wasn't getting from traditional cookie-cutter physical therapy and I would highly recommend her to anyone who may be experiencing a similar situation.”
